Avoid making negative comments
I have often observed that couples start passing negative comments on their partner during argument. But you must avoid passing negative comments on your partner intentionally. Though offense in a marital relationship is tough to eradicated, you should try as much as you can, not to inflict physical damage on your partner as it will worse your relationship.

Marriage counseling involves imparting guidance, assistance and more to the conjugal buddies to help them in leading their lives together in a blissful manner. I am mentioning a few facts that one must keep in mind before entering the phase of marriage

Read on to know the details:
1.       You are less on the verge of getting divorced if you wait until you turn 23
According to the survey, it was found that people who tend to marry at the age of 18 have a divorce rate of 60%, while people who decide to hold up until 23 have a divorce rate of 30%. If you wait until you turn 23 to step into marriage, you are less likely to get divorced with your partner because by this time you’ve entered into a more mature and stable phase of mind.
2.       The so called “in love” chapter lasts just for an year in of the most cases
It is quite evident in today’s time that the “in deep love” phase doesn’t seem to last, for say about, more than a year. The passionate love, ecstasy and bliss of being together are just a matter of few years after you get married.
3.       Getting excited about your partner’s good news will help you build a healthier relationship
The feeling of togetherness during the moment of celebration leads to a better approach how things shape up in a relationship.
4.       Lesser the age-gap, lesser the couples are likely to get divorced
Experts believe that couples who share an age gap of around 5 years are less likely to get divorced as compared to the ones with a gap of 10 years or more.
I believe counseling can heal and train the individuals in a better way in order to improve and maintain their relationships.

Importance of de-stressing

No one wants to live in the environment full of stress and negative energy. In this time, when everybody is in hustle to conquer the world, we forget to spend some quality time and moments to enjoy the beauty of life and this continuous work without any break and relief causes stress.
After facing continuous challenges on the personal as well as professional basis, an individual started to make place for tension and worries in his life. Several researches have showed that these tensions are the source of stress and depression and leads to severe health issues like upset stomach, headaches, elevated blood pressure, chest pain, and insomnia etc.

Taking relief and relaxation is the process of De-stress.  It is done in order to avoid the side effects of stress. Many studies have found that many youngsters started to smoke and get addicted to drugs and alcohols to make them stress-free but while trying to relieve the stress they fail to understand that these substances tend to take the body in more stressed state and make the situation worse.
Though dealing with stress seems a complex task, but can be done by firm dedication and adequate attention. De-stressing is important to regain the lost charm, joy and happiness of the life and it can be found with the counseling sessions.
Dr. Sanjoy Mukerji’ believes that stress affects the quality of life, relationships, work environment as well as our social life. And without attending counseling sessions we find ourselves incapable of finding the reasons behind the stress. You can ensure a healthy and lively lifestyle by triggering out the pressure of stress through timely counseling.
