Stay stress free while preparing for exam

Everybody knows that a student needs to do a lot of hard work in order to get ready to face the examination phase.  It is also apparent that a lot of students get caught up in the web of stress and tensions at some point during this preparation period. However a tiny bit of strain and pressure is normal but if the pressure point goes out of control then it can impact a student’s performance in a negative manner. Well, there are a few ways through which you can minimize the element of tension during exams, read on to know more:
  • Don’t contrast yourself with others: A lot of students are highly competitive and they often have a tendency to compare themselves with their peers. This leads to disappointments and contributes in increasing the stress level. So stop comparing your performance with others and keep focused on your own performance.
  • Sleep well: Giving up on sleep to save time for studying is a big mistake and it certainly decreases your efficiency level. Lack of sleep is also a factor that leads to irritation and stress. Make sure to sleep for at least 8 hours every day.
  • Set up a Time-table: Do not underrate the significance of a time table. Following a time table helps you to cover the entire syllabus in a specific time period and this helps you to remain stress free.
