Poor communication is one of the main reasons for conflicts in a marriage. The bond of communication between the couples must remain strong. Most of the marital issues can get resolved with the good communication. Communicate your problem in an honest way and trust me that your partner will make effort to understand you.
Avoid making negative comments
I have often observed that couples start passing negative comments on their partner during argument. But you must avoid passing negative comments on your partner intentionally. Though offense in a marital relationship is tough to eradicated, you should try as much as you can, not to inflict physical damage on your partner as it will worse your relationship.
Make efforts by controlling your anger
If you really want to resolve your marital problems, than you have to learn to control your anger. Most of the problems in marriages today are as a result of couples not knowing how to control anger. You have to show maturity in handling problems of marital life.
Don’t keep waiting for your partner to make the move rather make effort to save your relationship.

It might seem tough to find somebody who has not encountered some type of tension or anxiety in their life. There are many people whose anxiety never blurs which can make it incomprehensible for them to live a normal life.
